Around the blogs in 20 minutes (or much less)

Too busy or overwhelmed to visit everyone else's blog? Haven't yet figured out that RSS feed thing? Let me offer up a few classmates' blog posts you might check out:
  • Joice ponders whether bloggers are fueled by the promise of audience or perhaps have another raison d'etre.
  • John challenges the meaningfulness of the labels digital native and immigrant.
  • Kenny shares his new find, scribd, and lets us know how he might have used it in a work situation.
  • Ashleigh touches off a discussion of whether things like crime are really more prevalent these days, or if we just hear more about it because technology provides a more efficient means of disseminating information.
  • D.D. was looking for examples of Web 2.0 in instruction (in the absence of any as-of-yet presented models for it), and found some starting points that he shared with us.
More to come ... keep on posting!
